During the implementation process of the table of contents, I chose to shorten the length of the contents box, as not to overlap the picture. The last number is also black as to show up against the white section of the background.

Page numbers should be same font as Contents header.
page 12 should also be white, which means decreasing the loine spacing of articles on left or deleting that last article all together so that the white can go on top of red.
Could keep the white page number for the bottom item, but use a black drop shadow-see layer styles.
